The four steps taken are to diagnose, program, implement and evaluate.

Step 1 – Diagnose

  • Base line tests       

Step 2 – Create a program
After our initial consultation our team of experts will develop a program that is custom made according to your lifestyle and the goals you wish to achieve. We set realistic short term goals around the three key pillars of fitness, nutrition and mental wellbeing.

Step 3 – Implement the program
A step by step guide as you climb the mountain. We set realistic short term goals and plan it in six week blocks to keep the momentum going. We will be there to assist you and fine tune the program as we move forward.

Step 4 – Evaluate
The program will invariably evolve over time. We look at the data, make sure that your goals continue to align with our plans and then implement the rest of the program accordingly. It’s a journey, an enjoyable one, and we certainly encourage you to enjoy the process and all the benefits that come with it.

NUTRITION

At Tier One you will get the knowledge and resources needed to make informed decisions regarding your nutritional intake. Research has shown there are specific diets for specific goals. The more knowledge you have the more informed your decision making becomes.

​Athletes need to ensure they have high energy intake while those interested in weight loss need to understand strategies for portion control and knowing what foods to avoid.

WELLBEING

To achieve our goals we need to be in the right frame of mind. Whether that goal is to lose weight or achieve peak athletic performance you have to optimise your mindset to give yourself the best chance of success.
