Melody believes that fitness should be fun and that it is never too late to try new things. Her training programs are as challenging for the mind as they are for the body. Her goal is to teach you to perform day to day activities safely while also having fun.

On a personal level, Melody is a curious and outgoing person. She is a motorcyclist, Dive Master Scubadiver, qualified architect and MBA graduate who has her Certificates III and IV in fitness. She is dedicated to helping people stay fit and active for longer.
