Charlotte’s style of training is focused on running and high intensity interval training. She is passionate and energetic and works close to Sydney University in any of the surrounding parks. Exercise provides her with balance and has given her an opportunity to test herself both physically and mentally.
She is a recent graduate of the Australian Institute of Fitness where she graduated as a Master Trainer Level 1. She is also a nutrition coach and sport has been a huge part of her life from playing Netball to Athletics.
